First and foremost I do think that my friends’ evaluations on my simulated teaching do help me improve my performance. This is because their constructive evaluation can help me notice my mistakes when I conduct my simulated teaching. As a typical human being, I cannot detect my own mistakes unless others tell me so. There is where my friends’ evaluations play their part. Through their evaluation I can understand where my mistakes are and how I could improve my performance next time I do simulated teaching.
Moreover, their constructive comments and evaluations, helps me gain my confidence and notice where my strong point in conducting the simulated teaching is. By knowing my own strong point, I know that some how I have what it takes to teach in class. This increases my level of confidence more. It is really important for me to gain confidence in conducting simulated teaching. This is because; I want to be a teacher that is good and able to conduct a good teaching method in class. My friends’ evaluations help me one step further on becoming a good teacher.
In conclusion, by having my friends to evaluate my simulated teaching, I could improve my performance of becoming a good teacher. Plus, I also gain more important point on improving my performance next time.

waw, there are lots of comments that u have put regarding evaluation and performance. hm, I think we do need feedback from our friends regarding our simulated teaching as from there, we know, where and how to improve ourselves. I think you have done a great job for the last simulated teaching that we had with Miss Baiti, full of energy and very clear with what you are saying about. That was really good. remember, this is only the 2nd time we are doing it. so, I think, we learn alot from this experiences right.?
By the way, what do you think of my teaching that day? was it entertaining? or boring? I, myself couldn't run away from the feeling of nervousness and i am sure it was shown through my face expression. But really, I enjoyed our simulated teaching that day as I think it was really fun and entertaining.
